The Trace Database is an effort to track and document the lifecycle of aerospace components. It allows companies to share reports on components that have been scrapped, are missing, or are suspected to be unapproved (SUP).

The database is developed and maintained by a group from the aerospace industry, including manufacturers, part suppliers, repair stations, and airlines.
